There are THREE EASY ways to make an appointment…

Option 1:
Most of us like it the old-fashion way. You can most definitely call us directly at the office to book your appointment. Simply pick up the phone and dial 408-238-8380, during normal business hours. Option 2:
Are you a busy body? If you don’t have the time to wait on hold, you can easily fill out the appointment-request-form, and we’ll call you at your convenience. Please be sure to fill out the form in it’s entirety and the best times to reach you, and we’ll call you within one business day during the times you specify.

Option 3:
Can’t call out during work? Already on the site and don’t want to pick up the phone? Well, at Evergreen Dentists, we strive to be as accomodating as possible in regards to communicating to us your needs. With that said, we have Live Chat!!! During our business hours, you’re able to chat with our office to make an appointment, call about your particular case or treatment, or if you need to reschedule.
